02 — Condition & collection

The four things people ask before booking

A non-runner is a normal job here, not an exception. What matters is that we know before the truck is assigned.

Running or not.

A vehicle that does not start is a normal job, not an exception — tell us when you ask for a price.

Rolls and steers only.

It needs to roll, steer and brake, and we need the keys so the steering lock can be released. Say so when you request a price and we arrange a truck with a winch.

Where we collect.

A private seller's address, a dealer or an auction yard — all standard. We need the address and someone who can hand over the keys.

Before we load.

Empty the vehicle — personal items are not covered during transport. Battery connected, handbrake free, tyres holding air: those are the things that stop a loading.

03 — Process

Within 24 hours — same business day before 12:00.

  3. STEP 03

    We collect.

From the seller's address, the yard, or your door.

  4. STEP 04

    We deliver.

To the address you give us, in the Baltics or the Nordics.

Norway inside the EEA, outside the EU customs union A diagram showing Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein inside the European Economic Area together with the EU 27, while only the EU 27 sits inside the EU customs union. A customs frontier runs between Norway and the EU 27. EEA · 30 STATES EU CUSTOMS UNION EU 27 NO CUSTOMS BORDER NO NORWAY ALSO IS · LI CUSTOMS
Free movement of goods, yes. Free of customs formalities, no.

Customs · Norway

Norway sits inside the EEA but outside the EU customs union.

That means a shipment to or from Norway needs customs clearance, while a shipment between, say, Sweden and Latvia does not. We arrange the formalities as part of the job.

Declarations
Export and import declarations prepared for the shipment, in both directions.
Duty and VAT
Assessed when the vehicle is released into free circulation in the EU. The customs value includes what the transport itself costs — worth knowing before you agree a purchase price.
Temporary plates
Norwegian temporary plates are valid in Sweden, Denmark and Finland only. They do not cover a drive into Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia — which is exactly why most Norwegian purchases travel on a truck.
One contact
Customs is part of the job we arrange — not a separate arrangement you have to make.

04 — Questions

The things people ask first

Q1Do you move vehicles that do not run?

Yes. It needs to roll, steer and brake, and we need the keys so the steering lock can be released — tell us when you request a price and we arrange a truck with a winch. Make sure the battery is connected, the handbrake is free and the tyres hold air; those are the things that stop a loading.

Q2Do you collect from a private seller's address?

Yes — collection from a private address, a dealer or an auction yard is standard.

Q3Do you cover Norway even though it is not in the EU?

Yes. Norway is in the EEA but outside the EU customs union, so those shipments need customs clearance. We arrange it.

Q4What about insurance?

Cover is confirmed with you when the shipment is finalised, before anything moves.

Q5Can I leave belongings in the car?

No — please empty the vehicle before collection. Personal items are not covered during transport.

Q6Which countries do you serve?

Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark to and from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia — plus movements within the Nordics and within the Baltics.

05 — Lanes

Where these vehicles usually travel

Seven countries, every pair in both directions, plus movements inside the Nordics and inside the Baltics.
